Feedback of the summer DevCamp - Montpellier 2024 - What's new in v20

The Dolibarr association, Eoxia, Montpel'libre and the EPF organized the semi-annual DevCamp 2024 - Montpellier. From Thursday June 6 to Sunday June 9, around fifty key developers gathered to discuss the Dolibarr Open Source project.
It was also an opportunity to hold conferences and discussion workshops related to the application.

The results are as follows:
- Several presentations or conferences were carried out, including the presentation of the new features of version 20 (replay here with voice in French but subtitle available in several languages)
- 45 participants over 4 days.
- 95 tickets processed including 84 permanently closed (list here)
- But above all tons of ideas and practices exchanged.
