Can't see preview button in expense report line

Hi

I have upgraded to 15.0.3 from 14.0.3 .
And i notice the expense report line should have a preview button when i attach a pdf file with it .
But i can’t find it .
Are there anyone know how do i fix it ?

I have the same issue from 15.X, now I am in 18.0.1
If you just edit and save the expense report line than it appears…

For your information:
This issue found only if you upgrade from lower version to higher version. No problem found in fresh installation. The issue is the file path of the thumbnail, after submit the expanse for approval the thumbnail file path is not changing and its pointing the file path of the draft expanse report.

As my testing , the preview function is working for picture kinds file , not working for pdf .
