Is Accruals Possible in Dolibarr?

We have two important accounting requirements : Accounting Requirement 1: Accruals = Suppose if we bought goods from a supplier and they will give us an invoice only after 3 months. Then we need to record the money to pay as Accruals. How do we do that in Dolibarr ? Accounting Requirement 2: How can we store the Total stocks value of all Finished Goods and all Raw Materials separately as Assets for the company ?
