Purchase Order module Talk between Dolibarrians

Something is wrong on the Order Module the line is not displaying so i cannot even validate it. [PO] It say Dolibarr is calculating with the Vendors ??? I tried to replicated the activities, I log in to another server for another company, with the same thing I am making PO for auditing. [PO-2] Something is very wrong.
