Add "Project Label" to ODT template

I am wonder how can I add this project label on to the proposal ODT template.

Hi, I also have another question here

I would like to use the “Currency” in the ODT Template, I can’t find them anywhere (already tried {company_currency} but nothing print out.
Currently I have to create an extra field labeled as “Currency Unit” which seem to be duplicated (But it work fine).

My question is, is there anyway I can use that currency on ODT template without create an extra field?
