After updating to version 20.0.1, when accessing the module management menu

After updating to version 20.0.1, when accessing the module management menu, I receive errors about old files in the folder. The following error message appears:

Error: Module modPartnership was found twice: Into /usr/share/dolibarr/htdocs/core/modules/ and /usr/share/dolibarr/htdocs/dolibarr/core/modules/. You probably have an old file on your disk.

Hi,

something is wrong with our installation.
There is no dolibarr subfolder in htdocs in the actual source code

yeah @galvatec, this could be a symlink or a subfolder, please look for that as @hansem suggested.

I need help to update from 15.0.0 to 20.0.0
I cant see WebHook module in 15v.

First I made the backup, once the backup was done, I downloaded version 20.0.0 and threw it into the main directory.
I tried to write in the forum, but I can’t find the section to add a new discussion.
I am attaching a screenshot of what the fileSystem of my folder on the server looks like (It should be noted that the latest updates were made by another developer and I think there are many files that should not be inside the fileSystem)
