Cannot select warehouse when validating invoice

Using my Dolibarr

After upgrading to 4.0 version I cannot validate invoice because I cannot select warehouse for stock decrease, see attachments

Also I cannot modify “U.P. (net)” but only “U.P. (inc. tax)”, when I enter a price in “U.P. (net)”, after pressing the tab key the field turns blank.

Both bugs will be fixed with 4.0.1

Try to purge your browser cache.
Do you experience same trouble on another browser ?
Try to reduce the size of your browser window. The f5, then retry to validate. Does it solve ?
