[communication] Add Dolibarr to libre-friends

Hello
I started a list of free/libre software who share the same values. I maintain Silex website builder and I am a long time user and supporter of dolibarr, so I added them both to the list.

The idea is to display this list of “like minded friend projects” on the project website, what do you think?

The project is in its early stages, and we invite developers to add their projects to the directory and display the list on their website or add a link in their readme.

Ok I’ll remove dolibarr from the list to not make you all uncomfortable, let me know everyone if you think it should be added back, I’m all for it. Even more so if we can add a page somewhere on the website for the friends list
