Dafault Language issue

Hi all,
I moved dolibarr installation to a new hosting, upgrading from 13.xx to 14.0.3

now i cannot set the default language to it_CH : after save, it set automatically to de_CH

This cause that all commercial proposal are created by default in DE.

with previous installation was working correctelly

Did you manage it? I have the same problem in 14.0.4…
