Database error when I click any button

I keep having this error when working on my Dolibarr. What could be the cause? Below is the error:

Hello,

Your MYSQL server received too many connections => Have a look on the MYSQL configuration or ask your hosting company.

I am the only one connecting to the DB for now because I am still setting up. It’s not yet live in production. So, where could the many other connections coming from?

No idea, I don’t know your system where Dolibarr is installed.

I am running Dolibar on a live Linux server hosted with Namecheap. Kind of weird.

Im also experiencing the same problem recently dolibarr 19.0.2, hosting with namecheap, please tell me how did you fix it? There is only 3 people connecting to database and it gets too many connections
