Date format issue v16 in Tickets and other module

Dear all.
We have updated from V14 to v16.0.4 and we found that the dateformat in some of the modules changed from the dd/mm/yyyy format to the mm/dd/yyyy AMPM format. Nothing changed in the settings of our system or the user and not all modules have this issue.

Modules like Thirdparty/Societe, Finance, Commande everything is fine but for the modules tickets and actions the dateformat changes.

Has anobody else seen this behaviour?

Compared settings v14 to v16. NL Language has other timesettings.

*14 : FormatDateHourShort = %d-%m-%Y %I:%M %p
*16 : FormatDateHourShort = %m/%d/%Y %I:%M %p

Please change in translation the setting FormatDateHourShort to %d-%m-%Y %I:%M %p
