When creating a shipment you can enter the weight and dimensions of a package and you have to select the units, e.g. kilograms or meters. Is it possible to set the default unit for these ? (e.g. grams or centimeters).
Once the shipment is created it is impossible to change these units. The default package length unit is currently meters, so if you don’t change this to centimeters, entering 0.5 for 50 centimeters gets rounded down to zero meters. You have to delete the shipment and recreate it with centimeters as the unit.
