I was excited that Dolibarr 12 Was release but when I visited to SourceForge, There was nothing on the Directory. Can someone assist me, or point me to the direction where i can download it.

The .Exe package is not yet released, only the .zip and .deb

Can you explain a bit more why you said that it is not working ?

BUG: Version 12.0.0 - Release and previous versions.
Problem with statistics graph charts for Project, Members, Products/Services, etc.
Displays in languages other than English either do not display graphs or appear scattered. I come from the Czech Republic and the individual labels for the values in the graph, where the characters in our character set are incorrectly displayed, also have a problem.

The Dolibarr version 12 is very Stable and Faster than Version 11, running on WinSvr19DC, but the huge impact is that It does run on IIS 10 [This is the most important factor on this release ].
