I am upgrading from 18.0.3 to 19.0.1. and I get the following error when accessing: Unknown column ‘u.email_oauth2’ in ‘field list’

You have one table that doesn’t have the good collation
Try to run the repair script : /install/repair.php?force_utf8_on_tables=confirmed
