Hello, I set up my Collector to create an event in the Angenda but I also want that it sets the Category of the event to a preferred one. Which variable would be used for that ?
To assign a category to an email or the object created from it (e.g., a ticket or event), use the category variable.
For example, to set the category to “Support,” you can add the following operation:
