Email setup

I am using SMTP server protocol to send notifications to customers. However when the admin/ user logs in, the mail is sent through the organisation’s mail id. I need the mail to be sent from the employee’s mail id. Can anyone help with this?

Note also that when sending email with google smtps, if the email of sender is not the google email, neither a declared alias, google will replace the “From” visible by the recipient with your default email alias (but the reply to will still be the sender email even if not declared)
