Email Signature

Using my Dolibarr Other native modules

Hi,

Have installed 11.04, and am having an issue getting user signature to append at the base of the email, anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi,
The signature must be entered in the user card.
If you have email templates, then you must add the substitution variable __USER_SIGNATURE__ in the body of mail.

How do I make changes and successfully save to reflect these changes in email signature. It does not save and an error message comes up.

You must write your signature in your user’s card.
Then you just have to create a standard email and to put in it
__USER_SIGNATURE__
