Go to Home/Setup/Emails/Email templates, click on the question mark (doing so is always a good idea) closed to one the field and you will get the list of replacement codes.

Pls i still need help on this issue.
I want Stock module to be among the list of email template so that i can set it as an event.
When a product is sold, a notification is automatically sent via email with the previous Qty, sold Qty and New Qty.
This will help know per state of sale the Qty left per product.
How can i do this?
