I just installed dolibarr, when setting up the company, I get a 403 error message only if I fill in the logo field.
what should I do so that I can insert my logo

Which version of Dolibarr are you using? Have you got the permissions right for all the directories?

If you are using a shared hosting coming with cPanel, you can use its in build file manager to check all your files and folder permissions
what folder should i check, and what permissionn it should be?
The logo’s are stored in the folder ~/documents/mycompany/…
i don’t see any folder with that names (documents or mycompany)
Please go to “Home–>Admin Tools–>About Dolibarr”
then search for “dolibarr_main_data_root” and you will find the documents folder on the right.
i found “dolibarr_main_data_root” and i found mycompany folder. permission 755
what should i change?
edited: i change it’s permission to 777, but it still gave me 403 error
that is the wrong permissions. Use 755.
