We have a client which is using Dolibarr to centralize all address data.
We have now the case, that some users should not see some kind of contacts.
Is there a way to hide contacts (for example all with tag “secret”) for all users, with the exception of group/role xy?
Or what would be another way to have partial data only visible to specific user group(s)?
As far as I know an an individual access by thirdparty / contact doesn’t exist.
The function you a research for via tags I know from other CMS but but not for Dolibarr. A way around could be using the additional module multicompany.
But best would be to have an option to choose on each third party entry the groups they shall be visible for. But this wheel still have to be invented in Dolibarr.
