How do i use extra field in odt template?

Hi Everyone

I have read the dolibarr wiki for create odt template .
And each one topic told i could use extra fields in odt template .
My question is how do i know the extra field code ?
Like the example :{company_options_xxx} : Value of extra field (where xxx is code of extra field)
Where do i create the extra field and how do i know the code ?
