How to implement the company's business processes to dolibarr?

Hello, I work in a building interior manufacturing company, I was ordered to implement dolibarr in the company where I work, this is roughly the business process

  1. Marketing does marketing
  2. Manufacturing section survey to the customer’s house to take measurements
    3.Manufacturing department makes product designs to be produced
  3. Selection of raw materials
  4. Manufacturing department makes the final design
  5. Make a price agreement with the customer
  6. Customers pay an advance of 35% of the total payment
  7. Manufacturing department purchases materials and starts the production process
  8. Customers check the products produced
  9. Customer pays back 35%
  10. Finished products are sent to customers
  11. The customer makes the final payment

Which part of the business process needs to be simplified so that it becomes a best practice business process and can implement ERP using dolibarr? thank you

For sure you can use Dolibarr for your needs, as it is an open source software you are free to use it and/or hire a company to install it and fit it to your needs.

But most of your company’s processes described here are in Dolibarr 14 with BOM and MO

  • Deposit invoices for customers once the MO is finished.
