How to modify a customer order while shipments has been made? How to short close a Customer Order?

My customer has released an order for 100 Pcs, I have created shipment and delivered 75 Pcs. Now they cancelled the order for remaining 25 pcs and short closed the Order. How do I modify the customer order to reduce the quantities or how to short close the Order while there is a shipment made?

Hi vinodsv91,

Set if as fully delivered (classify delivered), then either you bill the shipment that contains only what was really shipped, or reopen the order and modify accordingly.
