How to remove extra space on invoice PDF -SOLVED

Hi
I am trying to customize the pdf template.

How do I remove the extra space after last row of product?

It should be like odt creations.
The table insert new rows only if there is no end of file.

then comes the table for total and other details.

Where do I have make adjustment to achieve the result?

NOTE : PLEASE DON’T SEND ME THE LINK TO WIKI PDF CREATION… BECAUSE THAT DOESN’T ADDRESS THE ISSUE.
