How to setup virtual stock

Hi,

I’ve been looking for a way to set up the virtual stock.
Is there a Dolibarr functionality to control virtual stock because I can’t find such settings? Also, I can’t find a module related to virtual stock setup on Dolistore.

For example, when I generate and validate a commercial proposal, I want the virtual stock of the products included in it, to be reduced.
Then, when I sign the proposal and create an invoice from it, I want the physical stock to be reduced.

Another way I want the virtual stock to be reduced is when a production order is created.
Then, when I finish the production I want the physical stock to be reduced.

Does anyone know how can I achieve these settings?

I only found that virtual stock is not linked to the commercial proposals in dolibarr.

Hi Nati,

A commercial proposal is basically a quote, which does not equate to a sale and therefore an inventory movement. If you want the virtual inventory to record movements, use the sales orders module to record your sales transactions.
