How-To Update Address Format

Hi There,
First Time forum user, long time Dolibarr lover.

Just wondering if there was a simple way to update the format of addresses for a particular language (ie. en_AU) because at present i’ve been bumping along with the french addressee format for a while, however I will have to change to the Australian Format for an upcoming proposal.

Just an FYI for the Australian (en_AU) format;
Addressee
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
Suburb/City State Postcode
Country

If there are any guides to update Dolibarr’s addressing format it’d be GREATLY appreciated

You can edit function dol_format_address
and getFullAddress methods into memeber, thirdparty and contact classes.

Note that australian format will be supported by default with 3.4

Brilliant! Thank you very much for your time and insight =) just fixed it, and in perfect time too!

It’s just a variation of the US Format, with the commas removed. One quick quirk, will be that it’s usually the state in short hand (eg. NSW instead of New South Wales, VIC instead of Victoria, QLD instead of Queensland) - just in case you wanted to go that far, but the basic Suburb State Postcode will have anyone Australian cheering for the moment.
