Howto add 12% Service Charge to invoice

Using my Dolibarr Financial modules

in some business like Cafe there is 14% VAT and 12% Service Charge, no problem to add VAT but the problem how to add service charge.
in complementary attributes if it possible please inform how to calculate 12% for each product or service same as VAT but in another account in ledger no VAT accounting account

Natively I don’t think it is possible, but you have external modules like : UltimateLine 16.0
