We also operate a Swedish business and are in the process of implementing Dolibarr for our Swedish branch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to import a fixed set of account numbers directly from an Excel file via the accounting module. Additionally, Dolibarr currently only supports the K1 chart of accounts, which is not suitable for mid-size companies.
We are interested in collaborating with other developers or like-minded individuals to develop and stabilize modules tailored to Swedish standards. Our focus includes accounting, salary and expense reimbursements, Swedish bank connections, Bolagsverket, and skatteverket connections. We aim to support K2 and K3 reporting standards to better serve mid-size companies.
If anyone is interested in collaborating on this project, please feel free to reach out.
I think that the DK tax departments standard accounting plan was already inside Dolibarr, and I just looked for a Swedish one and found The Swedish mini chart of accounts
Thank you for your contributions and the pull request regarding the addition of DK business entity types.
Regarding the Swedish Chart of Accounts, you’re correct that Dolibarr already includes the K1 mini chart. However, adding the K2 and K3 charts isn’t as straightforward as importing a .csv file due to several errors encountered during the process. Our team managed to manually integrate the BAS Kontoplan for K3, but this required creating custom groups to meet our specific requirements.
We’re currently testing the implementation with our accountant and developer to ensure it functions correctly within our system. We’ll provide further updates once we have more comprehensive results from our testing phase.
