Hi all,

is there a way to save a list view template, in best case criteria and only necessary information?

I regularly need to check (and often print) a list of open orders with a special set of information.

Actually, I set filters I need, apply the filter and print check print view then.

Issues with that are
- that I apply filters each time
- don’t need all information in standard list view (but some I do not need in regular listing)

I think this is what you might need:

  1. Go to your list.
  2. Set your filters.
  3. Set to print (if you like a simple view whether you print or not).
  4. Copy the URL form the address bar.
  5. Go to My Bookmarks.
  6. Create a new bookmark assign to you or leave blank to be assigned to everybody so it shows up on their bookmarks too.

Thanks a lot - didn’t check the generated URL when going to print view. :unhappy:

Issue is that links (in bookmark field) are restricted to 255 characters, the link generated is 557 characters long…

So would it not work for you then? If the characters are an issue, maybe raise a bug in Github so the developers can change the field length in the database.

If you’re familiar with MySQL you could do it yourself. I’m not so advance on MySQL so I’d rather not help at this point and mess up your setup.

Yes and no - did a different workaround for now, for which your hint was very helpfull.

I added a html file redirecting to the desired report list which is accessible from the dolibarr server…
