New Plugin to retain customizations during upgradations

Hi all, @eldy,

How to create a plugin that will use local customized PHP file instead of standard core PHP file and doesnot get over written during upgradations.

The custom file may be in folder /htdocs/custom/htdocs and will have same file name and directory structure of the original version like 19.2

Any inputs please.
