I have just installed Dolibarr v.13.0.2 via softalicious
I’m in Australia.
I have attempted to load any chart of accounts (CoA) and none load:
e.g. Select: active chart of accounts> PGC99-BASE [Change and Load] , message appears that ‘Chart of Account loaded’ though no accounts appear below (0)…I have attempted with many of the charts of accounts and none work.
This issue means I cannot populate CoA and therefore cannot edit CoA or move on from there to actually entering data anywhere else accounts-wise
I had a quick look at the relevant section of the database and it looks as though there are only the chart of account titles…not their related account info et al.
importing a new chart of accounts failed but that may be because I suck at csv / excel imports and have no good example of an import …one line doesn’t really give me enough to go on.
Essentially is there a quick way I can access a CoA / partial CoA inline with the hardcore import requirements, so I can import / add it via database or csv import …or am I missing something obvious?
I don’t care which language the CoA it is in tbh as long as I can edit it.

Update: I have realised that no drop down lists populate either so no third party or zip code etc. can be selected. I will wait to hear from someone knowledgeable but I may reinstall via a zip file rather than softalicious.
