ODT Template for supplier order

Hi, I am confuse to place the odt document. Whether it should be in htdocs/documents/doctemplates/supplier_orders (creating new folders in htdocs) or ecm/ecmdir??
I have tried both, but the document is not available.

Go to Home>Setup>Modules/Applications>Vendor. The first tab is for purchase orders. Scroll down and you will see the path where the ODT templates are stored. You can change it as you wish.
