I just updated to version 10, and I noticed that Paypal payment form shows a new link at the bottom. Clicking in the yellow area works, but clicking within the red rectangle does not (although the mouse pointer seems to indicate that there’s a link):
I tried on various current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), but to no avail, it’s not a browser issue.
