Problem adding automatic notifications to one user

I do not why but cannot add any notification to a new user, even if he gets all the necessary rights, here some pictures.

Using last V21.0.0 version.

can you provide more details where in Dolibarr the pictures comes from? and which notification you try to add? Is that an event notification?

This is the screen where you add automated mails to users in case of event( for instance after validate a invoice) but in this user we get this screen where you cannot add any action.

When I try I click the + just above and to the right. Then I lick the field at the other end of the arrow and choose an event. Finally I use the ADD button to get the notifications. Doesn’t this work for you?
