Problems with icons during and after Dolibarr installation

Hi there,

I’m a Dolibarr newbie and just installed my first instance of Dolibarr. Unfortunately I directly ran into a problem and would like to ask if someone maybe knows the answer to that. During and after the installation I have a problem with the icons/images.

During the installation there are no images showing and after the installation the icons are not there. See marked screenshot from the Dolibarr website - these icons are missing.

What am I doing wrong?

I would really appreciate your help.

Did you manage to find a solution for this? I have the same problem on two different installations after running version upgrades.

Unfortunately not. But I have to say that I didn’t keep looking neither.

What does the webserver log say?

I don’t know where to obtain the relevant information concerning the webserver log, but as you can see here most of my icons don’t appear in the menu any longer.

Hi digiswiss and everyone,
It has just happened to me when updating from v18.0.4 to v19.0.2.
At least this is something about theme folder.
I have found 2 options:
1.- Get a free or a paid theme. This will fix this issue as much as new theme could do. If it’s good enough, this will work fine.

2.- Free and not that “comfortable” solution:

Go to your previous Dolibarr backup version (or download a previous version),
Uncompress it.
Using FTP, SSH, etc: Rename actual /htdocs/theme to /htdocs/theme-old
Locate /htdocs/theme on previous uncompressed Dolibarr
Upload, theme folder to /htdocs

You’ll get something much better. Not perfect, but better:

This would be good enough while a new stable Doilbarr version appears.
