Revenue Stamp problem

Maintaining my Dolibarr

I have run into a problem with posting/recording a sales entry into accounting. Attached you will find a screenshot of the issue.
Even define all default accounts and Tax stamp ,Revenue stamp
Any advice in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

yes i have the same problem when upgrading to version 18.0.4
