Select template customize in email notification module

Hello guys,
I’m running into something I couldn’t understand. The email notification module allows you to automatically send emails in some situations. I customized an email format for confirming a sales order, as shown below.

However, I receive the email with this format below, where the information is limited only to the sales order number. This gets in the way a lot, because I have to enter the platform and search for this number to have more information about the confirmed sale.

Do I need to configure more stuff or edit elsewhere to follow the model chosen in this module?

hi, did you by any chance manage to solve it? i’ve been trying all day to figure out if i did something wrong in the configuration or it just doesn’t work as it should

Hi Tiziano, I still haven’t been able to resolve this issue. I’ll report it on github to try to resolve it.

Was there a solution for your problem, I want also to solve it without manual PHP Adjustments of a template.

I can’t really read the messages given that they are not in english, but it seems to me like the 2 pictures are 2 different emails.

the first and bigger picture looks like the email that the thirdparty will receive

and the second and smaller picture looks like the email that the supervisor will receive.
