Have you configured your Business to use VAT?
Maybe it depends on the thirdparty type, if it is a company, a non-profit or a private person? so which kind of legal “person” are your thirdparty?
You can modify the PDF template in Dolibarr. Look for the section where product lines are defined and add a calculation for the price including VAT. You need to access the PHP files for the PDF generation if it’s not directly editable in the UI.
