Stock Issue still present in v20

Issue from 19.0.3 with stock still in V20
Physical stock and virtual stock still is not fixed

numbers look identical. What numbers did you expect?

if this is what virtual stock is how does it remain same as physical stock

and also any stock changes that may happen with manufacturing order does not show up here
