I am new to Dolibarr and have just installed it. I am exploring its features to determine if it suits my business needs. I run a computer and mobile repair shop, and I’d like to use Dolibarr for managing my operations.
I have two specific requirements, and I’d appreciate your guidance:
- Subscription-Based Products with Payment Links
I want to create subscription-based services (e.g., monthly or annual maintenance plans).
Ideally, I’d like to include a URL or buttonin the price table of these products/services that customers can click on.
- Clicking this link would:
- Add the service to their cart.
- Redirect them to a payment page where they can complete the transaction online.
- Is this functionality possible with Dolibarr? If so, could you please guide me on how to set it up?
- Integration with Zammad Ticketing System
- I am interested in integrating Zammad with Dolibarr because Zammad offers great multi-channel support for ticketing (email, chat, social media, etc.).
- Is there an existing module or plugin for Zammad integration? If not, is it possible to achieve this through APIs or custom development?
I would be grateful for any advice, documentation, or suggestions on how to achieve these features.
