I have a big problem with shipping an item. I don’t understand why when I’m processing the order and then creating the shipment I can’t proceed because this warning appears: There are no products to ship in the warehouse.
-I looked at the product sheet and it’s set in warehouse 200
-I looked at the order sheet and it’s set in warehouse 200
-I set warehouse 200 as preferential in the warehouse configuration menu.
I don’t understand where I’m going wrong, please help me…
Hello, i’ve tried to replicate your scenario and i’ve not found that problem:
Even using manufactured products with unique serial number. As you see in my screenshot above i can choose which serial number must be shipped.
I’ve Dolibarr 20.0.2 and you have 20.0.3, but i think it’s unlikely that this difference could explain your problem.
The unique screenshot you has not published is the one showing the STOCK of that product (“stock tab” of the product card). Although i see that you published the screenshot of the products on Warehouse 200
