Timesheet import

Using my Dolibarr

Hello there,
wanted to ask if there is an option to import timesheets?
In particular in the form of: Project number, Task, Worker, Time
Could not find the import option. Just found an option to import “projects and leads” or “task of projects”.
Or is there a modul for this? Testing on V17.

Hi,
Have you tried the import tool? I manage to export timesheets via the export tool, but I have never ckecked whether it’s possible to import.

Hi @isamuse,
the import tool has only 2 options (as far as I could tell):

  • “Projects or Leads” for importing Projects with their basic information
  • “Tasks of the project” for importing tasks to a project including it’s guessed time needed

But I need is not only creating a task with its guessed time, but also the time spend by a worker on this task.
Sadly I could not find that import option.
But I found out that one could do this by REST API calls, because there is function for the projects that adds time to task and including a worker to it.
If there is something I missed, I would be happy to learn about it.

In my export view (Dolibarr v 15.0.3) , I can also export time spent on tasks (user & time on tasks):

in addition to Project number and Task.

My import view (production Dolibarr V15.0.2) I have only the following fields that can be imported:

In the import there is no option on importing “user & time on tasks”, which is really depressing and confussing, considering the fact that you showed my that it is possible to export that.
But thanks for the notice that I can easily export it, if needed.
