Update from 15.0.2 to 15.0.3: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'mod_syslog_file'

Hi dolibarr Team,

I copied the new files of 15.0.3 (previous version was 15.0.2)
The install script states after execution the following:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘mod_syslog_file’ not found in /var/home/bloomtec_at/doli/install/inc.php:376 Stack trace: #0 /var/home/bloomtec_at/doli/install/inc.php(125): conf(‘/var/home/bloom…’) #1 /var/home/bloomtec_at/doli/install/index.php(26): include_once(‘/var/home/bloom…’) #2 {main} thrown in /var/home/bloomtec_at/doli/install/inc.php on line 376

Update:
this I found in the error log, maybe this helps as well?

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: imagick: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20180731
PHP compiled with module API=20190902
These options need to match
in Unknown on line 0

Does somebody know what went wrong or what to do?
