I am looking for the simplest way to get my dolibarr contacts into my CRM system (Dolibarr).
So far I have not found what I’m looking for, so I was trying the way of exporting the contact to a VCard (vcf) and import it to ether Dolibarr or Outlook.
The problem I found is that the exported file is formatted in a way that special characters like “é”, “ç”, “ä” and so on, are not shown correctly. Instead a “ç” is shown as “=C3=A7”.
Is there a way where I can configure the export?

you want to export and import from and to Dolibarr?
I quickly tested a way to export in csv with the Tools Module, after you selected the fields and filter you select the csv format, i selected csv UTF-8, you can then Import it (not open) into excel, otherwise you see 4,MR,Müller,Jürgen, instead of 4,MR,Müller,Jürgen.

What I did is use the little “Download VCard” icon next to the name of a person. That will create a vcf file, which is not formatted correctly as it seams, because it creates an error as well, when I try to import it to Nextcloud.

same here, some google research are talking about converting the vcards with notepad++, i did not get it working, although excel can import the csv as txt file correctly
Oh my. I guess that is an “okish” way to proceed if you want to import multiple contacts but for me, I have the most contacts already. So when I create a new contact, I will be way faster just copy pasting the data by hand then to export the vcard, edit it, transform it to csv and than import it.
Would be nice if the export would just work correctly
