It is not supposed to happened, so, most probably, something has been done or happened in your database.
We can’t investigate for you, you have to do it.
The first questions are : Is it a fresh installation or an old one ? What have you done recently on your infrastructructure ? etc…

Could you have a look on your database to see if ‘llxnb_ticket’ does exist or not ?
Something went wrong during the installation process, no warning messages during installation ?

software version tested: 17.01, 17.02
the issue only when turn these modules on: TICKETS, DONATIONS
I also have this issue for many fresh installations tries. i thought that would be my server problem. I test in many environments problem still exist. it related to MySQL problem then I change in different character set for database. utf8_general_ci, utf8mb4, etc. change php versions. the problem come from the package when it initiate the installation. if anyone need me to regenerate the issue let me know. xdebug is on
