Which is the first page to be able install dolibarr and database?

hi, I have uploaded on the server all files taken from the last dolibarr version 13.0.2

which is now the procedure to start installing database ?
if I type this url, is not working…

htdocs/install/fileconf.php?selectlang=auto

Just type the URL, and then you should be redirected to /htdocs/install/index.php

hi now I see this page, but I have not done anything, I had uploaded che htdocs/conf/conf.php file putting the new database name and table prefix, but without creating the database…
what have I to do to create the database? I see only this page now:

Remove the conf.php then you will be redirected to install

yes of course. Everything that you need is done by the wizard
