Nothing. We should somehow make this question clear. In my case I want to offer dolibarr as an erp service that private companies can subscribe to. Offering that service via whmcs to do the billing?

Here is the solution :

For WHMCS, it seems that they have a Zappier module : WHMCS Integrations | Connect Your Apps with Zapier
And for Dolibarr, we start to have one since V14, so could be a solution

And to complete, this is a comparison between WHMCS and Sell-Your-Saas (powered by Dolibarr):

Hello,
I am contemplating deployment of Sell-Your-Saas, does anyone know of publicly available video library or Youtube playlist on the deployment of Sell-Your-Saas that I can use to learn more about it before attempting the deployment?
I have been unable to locate any visual help on this deployment, the only available info seems to be the Sell-Your-Saas documentation
Best Regards,

Hi,

as far as I know, there are no videos available. And be aware that the documentation requires a good knowledge of the underlying systems.

Best,

Joachim

Thanks, while I am not really that much of a programmer on my own I do actually have access to a person that is truly knowledgeable so I feel we can pull it off given good instructions and some time, I just wanted to view the installation process to get a clear idea of the deployment path before getting started attempting this

Hi Eldy,
Thanks for your help, I continue contemplating the possibility of setting up a SAAS deployment for my country, probably sometime first quarter of next year, I am currently tuning 4 instances working out the issues we find in the operation with these 4 different companies as separate instances but something like SellYourSaas would be the way to go expanding to a larger scale once we mature our understanding and configuration of these systems.
One question that is not clear on the SellYourSaas platform, if you have 100 companies hosted on your system, all running Dolibarr 19 and along comes Dolibarr 20, do you have to do a customer by customer updating their instance of Dolibarr or is there a way to do an update all instances hosted in the system at once?

Regards,
Jose

The script to upgrade is customer can upgrade 1 instance and only one.
Bu you can launch it in a small shell script to run it for the 100 instances.
