hello, I tried to buy a product through a vendor and have verified receipt but the virtual stock quantity increased by 10 and the physical stock increased by 5 while I only bought 5 pieces, what’s wrong? thank you
Virtual stock includes those already billed but not yet moved from the warehouse or purchase order raised but not yet received at warehouse.
Physical stock is what you see in your stores / warehouse.
